Open the document, go through the form-controls with the tabulator
Open the attached file.
Set the cursor in the first form-control.
Press the tab-key.
The cursor will jump to the third control, then to the second control.
There is a tabindex set as the controls are positioned. This tabindex would
work, if the first or the last control will get a different name. It doesent
work with the same name.
This bug has been already reported as Bug59874, but has been set by the
bug-submitter as resolved-fixed without any fix.
I could reproduce this with the first available LO-Version LO 3.3 and also with
the last LO 4.3.3.1.
