With the addition of the 'Insert Field' button to Writer's toolbar in master,
it would be useful to not only provide the insertion of the default format of
each fields, but to also provide commonly used alternatives found in the fields
dialog, as well as combinations and useful formats. This can be achieved with
sub menus.
Presently, the drop down is as follows.
Page Number
Page Count
Date
Time
Title
Author
Subject

More Fields...
I would like to propose something along these lines for the Page Number, Date,
and Time entries.

These submenus are to achieve quicker access from users, so they dont have to
open the dialog to modify the format of the inserted field afterwards.
