--- Comment #2 from Edmund Laugasson <[email protected]> ---
The idea is to have exact function, which calculates Cronbach's Alpha from
given data set. E.g. =CRONALPHA(data), =CALPHA(data) or similar. Data is range
of cells containing research results. There could be also similar dialog window
like here -
http://www.real-statistics.com/wp-content/uploads/2012/12/reliability-dialog-box.png
- also these other functions are needed for statistics.

Example calculations made here -
http://www.real-statistics.com/reliability/cronbachs-alpha/ and also here -
http://www.real-statistics.com/reliability/cronbachs-alpha/cronbachs-alpha-advanced/

Also it is written here -
http://www.real-statistics.com/announcing-release-1-6/ - there seems to be such
function like CRONALPHA.
This Cronbach's Alpha and other statistical function examples can be downloaded
from here - http://www.real-statistics.com/free-download/
Sorry about MS Excel but at least there is possible to look into formulas and
functions.
Hopefully will be these functions available in future also in LibreOffice Calc.
Lot of people are asking about LibreOffice's statistical analysis pack like MS
Excel has such
(http://office.microsoft.com/en-us/excel-help/about-statistical-analysis-tools-HP005203873.aspx).
I would propose to have such statistics already built-in into LibreOffice Calc.
This means, that Cronbach's Alpha is not the only one function, what is needed.
I understand, that it takes time to implement all these previously mentioned
functions but it would be good to start step-by-step (function-by-function).
