It shows only "Creator:LibreOffice 4.2/4.3, LanguageLevel:2". Therefore, I tested it with a new CALC chart exported to eps and opened in DRAW (which works) and there I could not find a bug (LO 4.3.2.2, Win 8.1). Which problems did you have?
