Have you obtained or generated a .msp patch with transforms to the .msi installer package? Those are not rolled by TDF or any of the TBs. See this MS KB for some description of what has to happen in patching an Administrative install -=ref=- http://msdn.microsoft.com/en-us/library/aa367573%28v=vs.85%29.aspx If simply using a newer .msi package and rerunning the /A install into the same TARGETDIR it will overwrite the earlier install. Of course creation/modified date stamps will end up mixed. Of course the installer does need to be complete (would be nice if there were hash values--MD5 or SHA256--available to verify download via the TB mechanism).
