I have attached a .zip file, which includes a rdown_2.doc, and a rdown_2.docx
which was created by saving the .doc file as .docx with LibreOffice 3.4.5. When
the file is opened again with LibreOffice, the font size of lines with no text
is changed to size 12, so some lines are bigger. Opening the file with
Microsoft Office Web Apps shows the same result.
