Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Open sidebar if not already open
3) Click New > Master Document
4) Navigator dialog pops up and sidebar not rendered correctly
Workaround: This can easily be remedied by closing the navigator window or
alt+tab twice.
Tested 4.3 daily and master.
Version: 4.4.0.0.alpha1+
