All you have to do is 1 - download the document from the link I gave when I opened the ticket, and 2 - try typing into any of the fields you are suppose to be able to fill in. Anyway, looks like it doesn't matter now as I just tried it again on version 4.2.5.2 (Debian unstable) and it now works! The ticket can be closed. I'll set the status to resolved.
