Simple way to reproduce: 1) open Windows Explorer 2) pull to one side so that the window occupies half the monitor width 3) double-click on whatever.ods 4) LibreOffice launches and opens whatever.ods maximized, but it remains behind Windows Explorer 5) Clicking on LibreOffice doesn't bring it to the front.
