As this is so, its not surprising that 5 to 10% of usage of the row and column addition and removal come from the hidden toolbar buttons that users choose to unhide in the formatting toolbar. Its great to see that ~65% of usage of these functions come from the context menu, but is unfortunate that 20 to 30% of usage of these functions are from the menu bar.
