Steps to reproduce:
1) create a new writer document
2) insert -> picture -> from file
3) right click -> caption -> "cap"
4) insert -> cross-reference -> type: illustration
The "selection" list is empty.
Reproducible:
- Windows 3.5, OSX 3.5
Not reproducible:
- Linux 3.5, my build on master
- Windows 3.4
