Page numbers shown in header become inaccurate after some time editing a
document. For example, instead of starting with 1 the document will start with
0. Or a page number is repeated two pages in a row.
Closing and re-opening a file (and/or restarting LibreOffice) fixes the problem
temporarily until it occurs again.
