Would you please consider the following enhancement to remove confusion:
With the f5 Navigator open, if you hold down the <ctrl> key and drag a
title/chapter, the "+" sign will appear on the object you are dragging. This
"implies" that you are copying the object. In reality, you are only moving it.
Copying would be a nice feature to have, but if and until then, would you
please consider removing the "+" sign from the object when holding down the
<ctrl> key as it does not actually copy and causes confusion.
