            Bug ID: 86408
Summary: In Persian, it's impossible to see the full characters
vertically, no easy right-to-left line order, and bugs
                    in bilingual lines
           Product: LibreOffice
           Version: 4.2.7.2 rc
          Hardware: x86-64 (AMD64)
                OS: Linux (All)
            Status: UNCONFIRMED
          Severity: critical
          Priority: medium
         Component: Writer
          Assignee: [email protected]
          Reporter: [email protected]

Hi and thanks,
I use Writer for bilingual purposes; English and Persian and I have serious
problems with it:

1. There is difference between آ, أ, إ, and ا, yet there's no way you can see
them as they are. Of course, everything is in its place when printed, but
typist needs to see what's being typed.

2. There's a huge difference between a right-to-left line, and aligning a line
right, yet there's no way I can do the right-to-left in an easy way like
CTRL-Right SHFT like MsOffice does, and it's quite necessary for everyone whose
maternal language has a right-to-left order.

3. While typing in Persian, when you type an English word, the order goes back
to left-to-right immediately!

Thank you for all you've done and continue to do, and thanks for bearing with
me to the end of this report.
