Example of problems with references
Please see attatched doc. It opens fine in Word and WPS Writer but the
references (citations) look very different in LibreOffice.
Specifically:
1. Size of reference numbers in the main text is not correct.
2. Error with cross reference.
3. Unwanted page break inserted.
4. First reference number wrongly positioned.
5. Size of reference numbers in the citation list is not correct.
These have been long standing issues, unfortunately. I hope you can take a look
so I can migrate off non-free code.
