Also updating priority as Jessie is getting its freeze. 1) On Debian Jessie, LibreOffice version: Version: 4.3.3.2 Build ID: 430m0(Build:2) Issue is *present*: just saving an empty .ods file takes 5-6[s] to open. Also I just did try with both java6 and java7 (both openjdk). 2) On Ubuntu, LibreOffice version: (in a VM) Version: 4.2.7.2 Build ID: 420m0(Build:2) The issue is *not* present on this system, (so confirming last post and testing method).
