ClearType only exists in Windows since it’s a Microsoft proprietary technology.
Your screenshot shows you’re using Ubuntu, that OBVIOUSLY doesn’t use it (but,
as most Linux distributions, it uses FreeType, which is much better than what
MS offers).

I think what you meant to report is that Calibri and Cambria look aliased under
Ubuntu, that’s easily fixable by doing this:

Note that it’s a bug in those specific fonts and not in LibreOffice.
