When you are using LibreOffice dialogs (Tools > Options >
LibreOfficeDev > General > "Open/Save Dialogs" and select "Use
LibreOfficeDev dialogs"), the file open dialog offers button
<Servers...> which displays dialog "File Services". Button <Help> in
the "File Services" dialog goes to
<https://help.libreoffice.org/swriter/svt/ui/placeedit/type?Language=en-US&System=UNIX&Version=4.4>,
which says "There is currently no text in this page...".
