If you click on the very nice new drop-down menus for the Bullets and Numbering
toolbar buttons and select the More Bullets / More Numbering options then this
should lead to the corresponding tab in the dialogue box and not the last one
selected.
Reproduced with LO 4.4.0.0.beta1.
