When only changing the zoom level of a document you cannot save it as template
as this is not recognized as a change to the document.
You also cannot simply change the zoom level of a template always have to make
and revert some other change to be able to save the zoomlevel change.
Please make LO writer recognize the change of zoom level as a change so you can
save the it and make it permanent.
