For now closing as WONTFIX but I really don't think the current language helps
at all and hides the functionality....holding back clarification only because
it causes hiccups in other locales is not ideal - if the language is unclear,
it should be changed.
That being said due to comment 1 - I'll close and hope that there is some
progress on that front.
