When some paragraph has a bullet or a number, just navigating to it, either by
mouse or by arrow keys, pops up the floating "bullet" toolbar, and the toolbar
takes the focus.
This is extremely irritating, because you cannot type directly, you have to
click again in the main window and *then* type.
It looks like an exact duplicate of bug 41797
(https://bugs.freedesktop.org/show_bug.cgi?id=41797), but I have it with a more
recent version.
I'm under Ubuntu 14.04 LTS, kernel 3.13.0-39-generic #66-Ubuntu SMP.
