If you try to go to http://www.libreoffice.org/en, you get redirected to the
English version of the website. If you try to go to
https://www.libreoffice.org/en, you get a 404 page. Some people use browser
plugins that force ssl on, which causes this link to fail always. Because this
is the url the "Get more information" button in the LibreOffice start center
links to, it makes the application look broken when someone has ssl forced on.
