Allow user database sizing, in an individual project. My projects often need,
15 columns x 200 lines, limited by print page size. Mistakes often send cursor
way off the page. Errors can leave old data in unused cells.
Being able to limit the data range would be very useful to users who do not
need an unlimited range,
