Hard recalc, does it right [Shift+Ctrl+F9] with sample file. Also there is an option to force the files don't created by LibreOffice to be recalculated. Menu/Tools/Options/LibreOffice Calc/Formula - Recalculation on file load, that I think can serve in your situation.
