I almost always install over an old version; I've done this time and again. If I had to guess (I now can't recall with 100% certainty), I installed over 4.3.2 this time around though, again, it's appeared almost every time I've installed over older versions, regardless of version. There's a nagging thought in my head, though, that the bug DIDN'T appear when I installed 4.3.2. I'm sorry that I can't be more certain.
