The comment boxes (yellow, in the right margins) are far larger than necessary.
They start at three lines tall, even if there's nothing in them, and they have
author/date information at the bottom, stacked on top of each other (so as to
take up even more space). When producing PDFs, rather than sending the ODT back
to someone, the size of the boxes limits how many comments one can make.
Instead, the boxes should start at just one line tall, get bigger *if* you put
in more than one line, and the author/date info should be optional (i.e., give
me a way to turn it off).
