Doing some testing, I ran into bug 87156, but that bug doesn't block this one.

Sounds like a reasonable enhancement. I agree that although the current output
of the example appears to be correct, seeing an ellipse may be confusing for
new users, so let's keep the Priority at 'trivial'.
