DOS codepage stored
It seems that European versions of MS Works for DOS store their spreadsheets in
LICS encoding.
Here's an example of Works 3 spreadsheet (That version can store the entire DOS
codepage without data loss).
Right now the LO filter assumes codepage 850 reading them.
