An XLS file created using OpenOffice 3.3.0 (build 9567)
Problem description:
Steps to reproduce:
1. Create an XLS file in another open office suite (say, OpenOffice)
2. Add background color to a few cells. Save file in Microsoft Excel 97/2000/XP
format.
3. Open file in LibreOffice
Current behavior:
The borders are not shown for cells with background color
Expected behavior:
Cells with background color must retain the border.
