It is not about "fault", it is about a problem that actually exists in the real world and that affects LibreOffice. And yes, it is definitely critical for the users experiencing it. And it is no way less of a problem for LibreOffice that another company caused the problem. It appears when starting LibreOffice and then it is a problem for LibreOffice. Jesus! I actually thought for a short while that someone might write something like you said and I thought about mentioning it to counter it, but then I thought, "no, those in charge of LibreOffice must be responsible and clever people and understand why I report this issue". I was obviously wrong when I thought that. I definitely believe this issue is critical if we want people to use LibreOffice.
