tommy27 <[email protected]> changed: What |Removed |Added ---------------------------------------------------------------------------- Status|UNCONFIRMED |RESOLVED Resolution|--- |WORKSFORME --- Comment #3 from tommy27 <[email protected]> --- probably the issue about the not working Highlight menu shortcut in the screenshot is that the "color" or the highlight has yet to be set manually by clicking inside the color palette dropdown menu. that menu entry just enables the highlight mode (you can see the cursor changing to the "bucket" icon) but cannot select which color to apply so you still have to click on the button.... so it's useless. the only way to obtain an highlight just using the keyboard is to use a macro. you can use the macro recorder to build your own macro. in order to do that you have to enable it from: Tools/Options/Advanced/Enable macro recording then click: Tools/Macros/Record macro then select a piece of text, click the highlight dropdown color palette menu and choose your favourite color, then save the resulting macro with a proper name. to assign a shortcut to it go in Tools/Customize/Keyboard select your shortcut then click on the Functions table and expand the LibreOffice Macro item and select your new macro from User/standard/module1 then click on the "modify" button to complete the assignment and click Ok so I mark this as RESOLVED WORKSFORME feel free to ask help if you still have problems -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
