I did not find Lib0 in any version Howhever I tried to chenge visual preferences and I found that the issue depend on (some) the desktop theme. Here are the available Desktop theme with behaviour: Adwaita : no arrows Bluebird: the arrows are shown High contrast: the arrows are shown Greybird: no arrows Numix: no arrows Orion: no arrows Raleigh: the arrows are shown So it seem the issue is caused by DE Themes.
