t.odp: Original presentation. t.pdf: exported PDF with 50% missing pages
The PDF export arbitrarily omits pages from export. The attached example output
misses pages: 3, 5, 7-21, 23-26, 39-44, 46, 56-57 (see page numbering in bottom
right corner). The phenomenon is visible with LO 4.0.0 and 4.2.6, too.
Reproduction: either klick on the PDF export icon, or chose from menu
File|export as PDF (leave all settings on installation standard, so that all
pages are exported).
