Steps to reproduce:
1. New Writer/Calc/Impress...
2. Go to menu "Help - LibreOffice Help".
Current Behaviour:
The wiki help page for the Help menu is open:
https://help.libreoffice.org/swriter/.uno:HelpIndex?Language=en-US&System=WIN&Version=4.4#bm_id3149178
(Who cares about this "Help" for "Help Menu"?
When the user clicks that help menu, he/she wants to see a general help page
for libreoffice usage. He/she does not care what the help menu does.)
Expected:
One of the following help pages open (depending on within which application the
menu is clicked):
* Welcome to the LibreOffice Writer Help
