Bug description

New documents have no link to a custom template set as "Default template" in
impress.
Step to reproduce
-----------------
1. Create a custom template.
2. Set the custom template as default template.
3. Create a new document (Ctrl + N).
Output
------
1. The new document has the properties (Styles, page size, etc.) of the custom
template.
2. The document Properties > General > Template (is empty).
3. Changes in the custom template are not propagated in the documents created
with the template.
Notes
----
Using: File > Manage Templates... > Presentation > Selecting the custom
template > Open > New document, works as expected. The new document properties
displays the name of the template, and the changes in the template are
reflected in the document ("Update styles" window).
