With this, if you add data in following rows, new rows are used by autofilter without the need to change autofilter range. In your sample, autofilter only include 1st because 2nd is empty. The same problem may occurs if row 10 (for example) is empty, autofilter will filtering only untill row 9. I think this is a bad idea of having an empty row but this is possible if you defined the range. 1 Remove the autofilter, 2 Select the whole range (A4:J105) 3 menu Data > Define the range, and give a name 4 With this named range selected, Set again the autofilter.
