If you right-click on a hyperlink text in a cell, the context menu only
provides 'Open Hyperlink', so it would be good to also have 'Edit Hyperlink'
there as well, as the only other means of a user getting to the hyperlink
dialog is going to Insert > Hyperlink or clicking the insert hyperlink toolbar
button.
