Steps:
1) Open attached file
2) Click on each of the images in B2, B3 and B4
3) Notice none have set values in the graphics mode drop down list in the image
toolbar
4) Also notice that the image in B3 has the watermark graphics mode already set
to it and there isnt a means to turn it off.

A number of non-destructive color modes from MSO are being applied to images on
import and changing the resulting images in the document, as can be seen in B3.
