Steps:
1) Open Writer
2) Click on the New button drop down arrow in the toolbar and select Templates
3) Template dialog will appear
4) Close dialog
5) Templates is now the default button in the New button
6) Press on the Template button
7) Templates dialog doesnt open.
This is a regression as it worked correctly in 4.1.6.

Either this should be fixed or more ideally, templates shouldnt be set as the
default button.
