In the Online Update Options (Tools -> Options -> LibreOffice -> Online Update)
the "Last Checked:" timestamp is formatted as 12/28/14, 12:15:00 AM.
The language settings are
User Interface: Default - English (USA)
Locale Setting: Default - English (UK)
The user selected date and time and time formats for Windows are
date: yyyy-mm-dd
time: hh:mm:ss (24-hour times)
IMHO the user-selected settings for Windows should override all others!
