LO 4.4 new sidebar graphic distortions
When working with the current LO RC on a dual monitor environment, I got
distorted graphics regarding the toolbar of the new sidebar
(https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/ReleaseNotes/4.4#Sidebar_changes).
Sometimes, while editing the document, the panel just jumps behind the new
vertical toolbar and jumps back the other moment, sometimes the panel remains
behind the toolbar. Tested in Writer only.
