In #83808 we already agreed that scaling images unproportionally by default is
a rather stupid thing to do.
This bug is about adding identical defaults for scaling video.
Currently: resizing a video loses proportions.
Expected: almost no users want unproportional videos in their presentations,
thus LO should default to scaling videos proportianlly.
