By using a format tenmplate in Writer the font size is percental configured and
not absolutly. In the end the font size of e.g. a headline is 18,2 pt and not
18 pt. I think this is stupid. The possibility to us +x pt or -x pt it is also
not good. Maybe in future it can be configured absolutely (like Word).
