If I right-click on the field and select "Fields..." in the context menu, I see "Edit Fields" dialogue (see attachment). I have a choice: "Date (fixed)" or "Date". If I select "Date" without fixed, the field shows current date. I tried it in LibreOffice 4.3.3 and 4.4.0 beta2 on Debian. Please, set appropriate bug status: "RESOLVED NOTABUG" if you agree that it is not a bug; "RESOLVED WORKSFORME" if it was wrong in old LibreOffice versions, but now is correct; "UNCONFIRMED" if you think the bug still exists. -- You are receiving this mail because: You are the assignee for the bug.
