downloading an update via libreoffice leads to an error message
When I manually checked for the update via Help -> Check for updates
* errored that site could not be reached
* so changed proxy settings
* again help -> check for updates
* Update was available 3.5.1
* Cliked 'Downlaod'
* got a message that "http://www.libreoffice.org/download The parameter is
incorrect"
