Problem description:
In customize menu, on "menu" or "Toolbars" tab, while switches "combobox" Menu
or Toolbar, vertical size of Entries or Commands listboxes are decreasing.
Steps to reproduce:
1. Open Customize->Menu
2. By mouse scroll switch all variants in "menu" combobox.
Current behavior:
Minimization of listbox
Expected behavior:
Vertical size of listbox must be same.
Platform (if different from the browser):
Browser: Opera/9.80 (X11; Linux i686; U; ru) Presto/2.10.229 Version/11.61
