No. It is not happening any more - I am using V 4.2.7.2 Earlier, I needed to go to the spellcheck menu because spellcheck would not start with the toggle on the menu bar. Now, with V 4.2.7.2, spellcheck is working from the toggle button. So, this may be one more bug resolved.
