I don't get a second dialog, and there is no crash. Closing as WFM. If you can still reproduce this issue on 4.3 or newer please do the following: Reset your user profile: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/UserProfile If at all possible a backtrace would be great: https://wiki.documentfoundation.org/How_to_get_a_backtrace_with_WinDbg Then mark the bug as UNCONFIRMED again so we can get QA to try to reproduce.
