- This makes it easier to see what attachments/files are available
- That allows our automatic testing system to download and test the file
against current builds (avoiding regressions, etc..)

CONFIRMED: Cyrillic text in the RTF appears as "Ðóññêèé òåêñò."
Status -> NEW
(Urmas: I assume the RTF file opens correctly in Word? i.e. this isn't just a
limitation of the RTF format...)
